A 'thought leader' at the Banff Centre's Leadership Development Program, Don has had a long association with Canada's Rocky Mountains, and arts at the Centre. He's also an associate-researcher at the Behavioural Neuroscience Laboratory at Laurentian University. A former host of Tapestry, a network programme on CBC Radio One, Don is also an award-winning filmmaker.
